Reception staff one in particular picks on patients
The doctor won’t do anything and the practice manager thinks it’s ok to take sides

Takes no notice of complaints and lies that they have

Any sort of complaint against the staff gets used against you and they are disgusting and unprofessional

Try it complain against the staff on legitimate grounds and see if they do anything except want to throw you out

Hannah the receptionist ( the lady in the head scarf ) absolutely brilliant she’s great shame she can’t manange the surgery she would do a great job for the patients and fellow staff especially the ones who have left

Dr singh this is the survey and your practice manager lied blatantly and was extremely rude but no point raising this as it already did and I was kicked out based upon lies your staff have made and the fact that helping your patients have a comfortable experience with your staff member who has been made aware to you and other staff
Many times and her disgusting behaviour

And Now your practice manager no professionalism just support of her staff knowing very well she lied

Us patients are there to get seen by the staff in a humane way not get bullied by your staff

Ask other patients too but no one will as usual …or they’ll throw the patients out …egoistic and everything falls on deaf ears

THIS IS FOR YOUR SURGERY

We are registered with the GP for almost 6 months. During our tenure, I have been there with my children for at least 5 times. We were always on time and had to wait for 10-20 minutes past the appointment time and patiently waited to see the doctor. Dr Singh seems to be a very nice person who listens ! So far, I have been quite happy with the GP. Today, I had to get an appointment due to a disturbing Gynecological issue and got one for 3.15 pm, the only available slot. Being the mother of a primary schooler with pick up responsibility and a complete dependent on public transport, I was 10 (or 15) min late to the clinic. But felt at ease as there were no other patients waiting. So I asked the receptionist if I can see the doc, she told me the doctor may not see me as I am late. I told her that I can wait but she said, she will message the doctor to check. But after 5-10 min she informed me that the dr, I believe its Ms Sunila Samuel, won't see me. I understand the importance of keeping the time but I am a human being, I may be late sometimes !! At least considering my issue, she should have seen me. She is a healthcare professional (?) who needs to have some amount of empathy towards the patients. I am highly disturbed and disappointed about this behavior and has decided not to consult her ever !

I have been with this doctors for some years now, myself and my children. The wait on the telephone to get through to surgery has been my only issue in the past but staff are all lovely, receptionists are so friendly, Dr Singh is brilliant with my children, midwife and the pharmacist are very understanding & since my recent visit phone times have improved massively. Thank you to all the staff at this surgery. Highly recommended.

Most people if not all have said their surgery it’s difficult to get appointments and see the doctor. I would like to state that in my view, my surgery is perfect, I couldn’t find any issues at all, ring up and get appointment for same day or the same week.

Speaking to the doctor, he does the best in your interest and discusses whatever issues you may have professionally, adds notes and takes appropite action tests, referrals, etc.

10/10 surgery and service

No need to go private I’m staying put 😉

Dr Singh is by far the best doctor I have ever come across, he sits and listens to everything, he always sits and has a chat and makes me laugh. You don’t find doctors like him these days. Absolutely amazing doctor!
