Approached Geoff hoping I could see some improvement toward opening up my voice as I had been a soft-spoken person all my life.

I must say my expectations were more than met, Geoff definitely knows how to help and he's right on point every time. I'm feeling very happy and certainly more relieved now, knowing that I no longer have the burden of feeling inadequate.

Geoff has worked with me for few months now.... I can't have enough thanks to this man. His knowledge, skills and teaching are out this world. He only goes at a pace you're comfortable with. I went from wanting to end life and not understand half my issues. Too fully understand where my triggers lie and how my traumas aftect me day to day. I have a long way to go in my recovery however I'm now loving my self and believing in my self.
