Genuine Care in Edenbridge looked after my dad for a period of three months whilst he was terminally ill with cancer. I have to say that from the very moment Kathy and her team became involved we felt our needs were understood and the care we received was absolutely outstanding. Timing of visits was extremely punctual and not one visit was missed or rushed in any way. The care provided to my dad was extremely effective and all his personal needs were met. In addition, the support we were provided as a family was invaluable. We were helped with advice from Kathy and her team when we struggled with the practicalities of complex medication and clinical equipment.

Edenbridge is very lucky to have such an amazing company serving the community's needs. We will be forever grateful for everything you have done for us.

I can't believe this review as my experience of this company is the total opposite. They have been caring for my 95 year old father for the last year and the service they provide is above and beyond what they set out in the original care package. I could not recommend them enough the care they provide not only for the person being cared for but the backup support and communication with the family is excellent.
