His knowledge is amazing, his techniques are next level and the whole experience has changed my life. You have to be willing to put in the work and he makes that very clear from the get go! I was cautious as I had never had this type of therapy before but Steve put my mind at ease right from the first session, his knowledge is amazing and he has helped me realise I have all the tools to deal with my stress and anxiety. I had 7 sessions with Steve and each time I left feeling more in control of my anxiety and more knowledgeable about the hows and the whys of my panic attacks.
I found Steve to be extremely understanding and patient throughout my journey with him and I cant thank him enough for helping me 'face my lions'

Sometimes you just need a helping hand to make sense of everything going on inside your head, Steve has taught me alot during my time with him, he has helped me make sense of my own mind and given me the tools to move forward with my life and a better understanding of how my mind works.

I've used this to overcome some issues in my own life and wouldn't hesitate to go back if I ever needed to.

Steve is kind, patient, and willing to listen, he looks in from the outside without bias or prejudice. Steve gets 5 stars from me, thanks for everything.

I’ve personally worked through a course with Steve Jones of Genesis therapy and I can wholeheartedly recommend his methods, his interactions, his integrity and ultimately the results. From the very first session Steve put me at ease and unlike previous support mechanisms I have used tailored each session to my individual issues rather than using blanket processes.

At the end of each session the following session was planned to cover exactly what I wanted rather than Steve assuming what I wanted to work on.

'homework' was given at the close of each session, which allowed for growth to be had., this was then discussed in the next session to help measure progress and bring to light any struggles or issues that were individual to me.

5 sessions with Steve has done more to help with my stress than standard CBT techniques ever did.
