They took ages to help my mum leaving her to suffer months on end. After suffering months of negligence and constantly contacting the service to help my mum all the time to getting nowhere. After all of this they finally got a grip and apologised for how she was treated for a long time. No one should have to fight as bad as this for help from a mental health service that is supposed to actually help not cause more unnecessary frustration and suffering.

Unable to make a complaint so writing it here. My boyfriend called on my behalf due to SEVERE anxiety and other mental health which the service are aware of. I understand GDPR laws etc. however the manner in which the reception spoke to my partner was DISGUSTING. When my partner suggested contacting me by email to ensure correspondence the response was “we don’t do that.” My partner expressed his concerns about me not answering the phone, he was met with “well that’s her problem then isn’t it”. If you were the receptionist on shift on the morning of the 2/07/2024 SHAME ON YOU.

This is the first time I’ve been to Block G and the receptionist was friendly and even though I was early for my appointment, I was seen straight away. My appointment was with Corina and she was friendly and thorough. I felt listened to and was surprised that there was no rush and I was there double the time I had expected (even my initial assessment phone call was lengthy & much appreciated). I was offered many options as a way forward and a follow up appointment to make a plan of action. I’ve been really pleased with my experience with this service and the speed at which I’ve been seen. Having had to jump through hoops with doctors, it was worth the perseverance. Thank you.

I couldn't give a negative review so I gave a 1 star, my review is if your struggling with your mental health only go to g block if you need a hand to push you over the edge and finally succeed in committing suicide and ending your pain. They all need their licences to practice removed

Absolutely atrocious! Truly awful!
My mother is due an injection once a month, but the nursing staff always forget to turn up and administer her with this vital medication. It's once a month and if my mother doesn't receive the injected medication, she'll be hospitalised. My mother has to ring up to remind the staff and the staff are always incredibly rude. I've rang up a few times and just today one of the admin staff actually hung up on me. To that staff member and the other members of G-Block, I hope you're aware of the stress and hurt you have caused us. I'm a big believer in the NHS and understand the pressure that they are under, but this is NOT GOOD ENOUGH. In a very stressful situation which is not my mother's fault, the staff and organisation have been incredibly unprofessional, unsympathetic, rude, and shown no remorse or compassion towards the needs of my very sick mother.
I've graded this institution as 1 star only because this message would not been posted - but it is not deserving of any stars

Have a very good CO worker name KAREN webber. CANT change historical past with enemies I have up against them. Thank you rate HER 5 stars more. Find them not UP for mentle health services. Had loads problem with them lucky I have good co worker CALL KAREN webber she is fab. Understand me wants to understand me. She THE best. XOXOXO

I was a patient here at the age of 13 for a few mental illnesses, staff were patronising and useless. Had me registered as a girl named “Chloe” and had all of my personal information under her name. We’re rude at reception and in general.

Shouldn't be practicing ,they are dangerous and clueless ,Dr Zapata is known as Dr death they need to investigate him deeper ,but the trust never listens to anyone ,just get ignored ,lied too
