Exceptional Service!

I had an excellent experience at the Gatley pharmacy today. I was able to book online, and they proactively informed me in advance that the medicine I needed was out of stock. I started to panic because I really wanted to get the vaccination, but the kind pharmacist went above and beyond—personally going to a friend’s store to collect it, ensuring I would receive it the same day. That level of dedication and care was truly remarkable.

Once I arrived, everything was incredibly smooth—I was seen immediately, and the process was seamless. I’m deeply grateful for the extreme effort they put in, and I left feeling reassured and very happy. Thank you for being an exceptional pharmacy! I’ll definitely be returning.

A huge thank you to superintendent pharmacist Mr Azim for staying open late to provide my urgently required travel vaccine at short notice. I required the vaccine ASAP and he was more than happy to help get me safe and fit for travel in no time!
The whole service from start to finish was highly professional, warmly welcoming and extremely efficient. The man is a real gentleman and I recommend this pharmacy to anyone who needs travel vaccinations or other pharmacy services.

Had my Meningitis ACWY jab at Gatley Pharmacy Eccles and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the process quick and easy. The pharmacist explained everything clearly, and the injection itself was painless. Highly recommend for anyone needing travel vaccinations!

Really are helpful now things are changing at doctors they actually give you time and advice has to what to do what to take and where to go and they do listen to what you say cannot fault them even when I have to go in and reorder my prescription which I used to have delivered but that isn't a problem over worked and over whelmed by the government but a brilliant service
