Where do I start with Gascoigne Halman. They have recently sold my house for the asking price and in a very difficult market. This is the 5th transaction that I have been involved in with them and I must say they are the most professional of all the estate agents in the entire Altrincham area. Whether it be Bobby, the manager, Claire and Vicky they have all been thorough, persistent and the perfect agents. In selling a house, it is not just about getting viewers through the door and an offer on the table, but as equally important is the "after offer" service and pushing the sale forward to a completion. Gascoigne Halman have always been brilliant at chasing up solicitors, mortgage companies, surveyors to allow the smooth running of a sale. Being an estate agent is not just about producing a glossy brochure and a desirable over inflated price, but providing an accurate valuation. Many estate agents overinflate prices to attract a listing but the prices are unobtainable. Stick with Gascoigne Halman for a super service.
