Rang the line at 5.20 in regards to a medication that was missing from my repeat prescription. They called back 10 minutes later having approved it.

All my other experiences with the doctors there have been good or excellent, but this guy was the Usain Bolt of prescription fixing.

Fantastic GP who have always provided an appointment when called upon, and have handled all my issues (mainly UTIs, both lower and upper) with professional care, both on the side of GPs and receptionists.

Rubbish service. All staff are Rude to patients specially receptionists. Had to wait for 30 minutes and they said they don’t care . Not expected for GP surgery.
Not surprised they have 2.4 out of 5 because of bad service. Management should look it seriously. They ain’t working free by the way

We've been registered with FGS for nearly 20 years now and, although it's had its ups and downs, the doctors that they have presently are nothing short of superb. The service that I received today, from phone menu, to receptionist, to waiting time and finally, the good doctor herself, was the best I've ever known from any surgery I've ever had the good fortune to attend. Shan't go into more detail than that but suffice to say that care, compassion, attention to detail and just plain kindness were all present, correct and appreciated. I wish to thank all concerned, because frankly you are the best.

Shocking service from all concerned! I think it’s the rude and arrogant receptionists who call the shots. Wouldn’t visit my terminally ill dad who lives virtually next door, hang your heads in shame you all disgust me. Been registered there for over 40 years and yesterday was spoken to so rudely by the receptionist I hung up. If you want to play at being god, cross the road and go to the church?

Alot of the reception are rude . The doctor i see smurks at me when im telling her whats going on in my life . Not helped me at all . Thinking of changing because i can't stand going there now makes my anxiety go through the roof

I have been referred to this clinic by my GP, to get a fertility treatment. All my fertility investigations came back fine, but the doctor here shocked me with her attitude saying that i need more tests (which i had done previously and had to repeat), and IF i had a low egg reserve there is no point having any treatment and she didn't wanted to go ahead. I am only 35 years old and my egg count was absolutely fine according to all the tests I've done, she just couldn't be bothered in my opinion. An absolute joke of a fertility clinic! I would advise to stay far away from this clinic!

Terrible... The staff are rude and the gp's can't be bother to do a clinical in person examination anymore. It's disgusting. You are better off going to A and E or calling 111
