Came to the surgery with my father to have clips removed after surgery, they were extremely hard to remove but Kim was most patient and kept talking to him to distract his attention. Her skills were amazing as he felt no pain and managed to remove them all. Her aftercare instructions were concise and she even made sure he was overall well in his health before we left. Kim's skills are extremely underrated and deserves much more recognition. I would recommend her services anytime.

Dear GP practice,
I have encountered difficulties that I believe reflect a lack of clear communication and professionalism with this practice which have been going.

I noticed on your website that parents can book appointments over the phone as well as face to face, however when I attempted to do so I was informed that this was not possible additionally I tried to use the online system which was down at the time despite this was still told I would have to wait until the system back on when the appointment was for my mother, I am at work.

This experience was frustrating and left me feeling unsupported definitely not the first time.

I believe it is essential for a healthcare provider to ensure that information is accurate and that patients can access services in timely manner. I kindly urge you to review the information provided online and to overall appointment booking process to ensure that it meets the needs of your patients.

Quick and simple I really appreciate this service for me and older people who always travel to king George hospital. Last time I use Gp surgery for blood test I got a form from physiotherapist I went to tell the receptionist instantly she booked me for the test I was surprised but really impressed, everything in this surgery is really helpful for me and my family

Overall even though the place is run down and in disrepair, the staff themselves were nice and pleasent people. The Doctor was very nice and explained things well. And the receptionist were fine. They seemed kind of over it and tired but I could imagine with their job. Otherwise they were professionally polite to me. I would recommend them as a GP so far. To make the appointment I used their online services from 7:30am and they called me back after 20 minutes to make an appointment the same day. So great fast service.
