The best GP surgery I have ever seen, everyone is so kind and understanding, receptionists are incredibly patient and there is never a problem getting an appointment. I have never once been more than 3rd in the call queue which is drastically different to the GP practices I have been to in the past. It’s also very easy to get your results, order medication and make appointments! They put everything onto a very handy little app and of you can’t use that then the website has all of the same features. Plus they send you reminders about your upcoming appointments and then summaries after the fact (as a very forgetful person I really appreciate this little detail). Would HIGHLY recommend!!

The nicest doctors for miles!! We are new to the area and got registered quickly and smoothly. The staff are so lovely and friendly and I personally felt heard when I needed to provide context about my partners health. Within minutes a senior manager took the time to explain their process to put our minds at ease to ensure a consistent medical plan. Really lovely practice, the staff are fantastic and so patient. Dr Walker really took the time with us too, it’s so appreciated thank you!

We are so lucky to be registered at this surgery. Receptionists are approachable & so helpful. The e consult service is very good.
I have only encountered one doctor who I didn't feel particularly comfortable with. All the other doctors, & nurses have been just great. I'm very relaxed & comfortable here & so grateful to all who I've met for their professionalism.

Very caring surgery. Every doc and other medical staff have time to listen. As do the receptionists and pharmacy staff. Best surgery I have ever visited. Clean and tidy and a small library to borrow books and puzzles from, just for a small donation in the creamer fund which helps buying good equipment for the surgery.

Very rude. You I received notification to contact the surgery and was in telephone queue for 56 mins as a result, only for it to be assumed by reception that I was being a nuisance and deserving of being snapped as someone for phoning in on the off chance-which I wasn't That's my lunch hour gone on a complete waste of time and cost, and being spoken to like dirt. This doctors used to be great

Really can’t understand how people can write 1 star reviews. Been with Freshwell for just over two years, and it’s the best GP surgery I’ve ever experienced. Nothing is too much for all the doctors, nurses and support staff.

Amazing service.Spoke to very pleasant receptionist at 11am and was offered an appointment 2.5 hours later ( was expecting to have to wait a week.or so)Was managed very appropriately by a lovely locum Dr and referred on to the hospital on the 2 week wait service. Brilliant service and thankyou!

Excellent GP surgery.

I’ve been around other people making calls to their doctors and it makes you really appreciate how polite and helpful Finchingfield GP Reception staff are.
They should start training days, they would make a fortune ?
