When I first saw Jen, the top of my back, across my shoulders, were so stiff & inflamed, and lower back was achy, I had previously been seeing an osteopath but I wanted to try something different. Like some people , my job affects my back, so ongoing treatment is necessary. Since having scenar, I have been able to walk around pain-free and move more freely, especially my arms/shoulders (now my shoulders are no longer inflamed). Not only is Jen great at what she does, but she is also so knowledgeable when it comes to all-over health. She is very creative in the kitchen, baking healthy foods /snacks and making smoothies, which she sells in the family run cafe, on site.

I am used to chiros, osteos and massage therapists. Did not know what to expect and it was a recommendation. However, boy was I wrong. The Scenar treatment was so effective at loosening up so much of the tightness in just a single treatment. Jenny was superb, I booked another appointment straight away for next week. Highly recommend and never ever had such tangible results.

I didn’t realise how much my body had needed this treatment until after my first session! I was unsure about this kind of treatment beforehand, but can highly recommend it. Also, my son who had a leg break aged 14, and (without realising it) had been carrying himself badly as a result in the ensuing 7 years, found the treatment of great benefit. His posture is different since his treatment and, without a doubt, this has saved him from future problems as a result. Everyone at Fresh Start is very friendly and approachable. I highly recommend them!!

I visited Fresh Start Health for the first time yesterday and left feeling very happy! I've suffered from a shoulder/ collarbone pain for over a year now. I have visited the doctors, tried sports tapes and even ended up in A&E in agony... None of which were able to help me with my chronic pain. After my scenar therapy with Kay I felt so much better and I am looking forwards to fixing my shoulder permanently and enjoying everyday life again. The atmosphere of the clinic was very peaceful and all the staff were very welcoming, caring and understanding! I will definitely be going back for some more therapy and 100% recommend!

I literally couldn’t sit, walk or move my head normally up until yesterday’s visit to Jenny at Fresh Start. I went for what I believed to be one issue and Jenny quickly discovered other issues all related, she then worked on me with the electric device, gloves and a message and today I am almost pain free.
Jenny went over and above for me, even sorting out a broken toe and my sciatica pain.
The treatment works extremely well. I can literally feel the difference today and will be going back regularly.

Hands down the best sports massage I've had! Jenny was also very knowledgeable about health, nutrition and exercises that will help with an ongoing back problem (slipped disc). Great value for money and would highly recommend if you want some pain relief!

Came in this morning with neck and back pain , Jenny was absolutely amazing very professional Had the sports massage and it was just what I needed I instantly felt pressure of my neck and back! I will defiantly be coming back! Thank you agian Jenny! Will defiantly be recommending to friends and family!
