Went today to get Js ears looked at. Claudia was amazing and understood about her tics. Explained everything thoroughly and did small bursts to remove the wax. J can now hear for the first time in months.
She also checked my ears and gave me advice on what to use to help with itching.
Absolutely recommend this company to anyone, they are brilliant

The team at fresh hearing are nothing short of excellence. They helped me with ear impressions for custom musician ear plugs, and got them sent off to be made for me. Visited yesterday. I’m 70 had wax in my ears, not a regular problem . But it had become extremely irritating. I tried all manner of self help advice on YouTube.
Lovely welcome from the receptionist.( sorry I didn’t get her name.Then the micro suction technique was administered by Nish.He was absolutely superb. Very friendly, explained the process, took great care and solved the problem.
Honestly I could not recommend the haslingden practice more highly

Lovely conversation in waiting room that helped me feel less nervous as I've never had my ears cleaned before! Claudia was kind and professional and thankfully my ears were in good health!
