I am participating in a Hyrox event in 2 days time and have been having Achilles & knee discomfort for a while. I decided to get the laser and massage treatment. Reason for this was to take away the discomfort I have been having and also to relax the muscles prior to my endurance race. This was one of the best treatments received. Not only do I feel much better and more prep, the team made me feel at comfort.

Freo visited a fitness event in Bournemouth and was lucky to try out a 15 minute deep sports massage on my back, particularly my shoulders and traps. Brad was able to detect and ease the tension immediately, was absolutely worth it. Shame I don’t live locally but would recommend!

I recently had a sports massage focusing on my upper and lower back, along with a deep tissue massage for my quads using a sports massage gun, and it was exactly what my body needed. Godrek’s use of oil during the back massage allowed for smooth, deep strokes that targeted all the tension points. He applied just the right amount of pressure, easing the stiffness I had built up from workouts.

The transition to the sports massage gun for my quads was impressive. Godrek knew how to handle it expertly, adjusting the intensity to give me relief from tightness without overwhelming my muscles. It was especially helpful in loosening up the soreness after training.

Overall, the session was both therapeutic and relaxing, combining traditional massage techniques with modern sports therapy tools. I left feeling refreshed, more mobile, and free of the tightness that had been bothering me. Highly recommend for anyone needing serious muscle relief!
