Freeland House cared for my farther (Anthony) for 8 months, they were incredible to him and my family right to the very end. The staff speak great English and where always smiling ready to help, the building is lovely to look at both inside and out, the gardens are stunning and well looked after there are also two nice cats which roam the grounds. Highly recommended 10/10

This review is a little late in writing as my mum passed away at Freeland House last October 2022. Even after having initial doubts about the home due to it's "tired" looking rooms and a few cosmetic issues, I would recommend this care home because of their care and attention, which is more important. They listened to everything I asked and kept me updated with everything. I was welcome to come and go as much as I needed day or night.

Extremely disappointing. Very noisy at night due to maintenance work. Carers more interested in phones than supporting the feeding of patients and then smoking on site
