Dr Rudd has been incredibly important to me and my family for many years now.

My first meeting was as a result of high levels of pain in my neck and shoulders. Since then I have continued to visit regularly either to keep myself fit or when I injury my body. During my time with Dr Rudd, my health and movement have continued to improve, changing from not being able to bend over and touch my shins to having my hands flat on the floor. Other resourcing elements I have received focused on my nutrition, supplements, orthopaedic treatments and so much more. I would not be without this support in my life. My children have regular check ups to help them grow into healthy adults, which is of great comfort.

I have been attending Freedom Healthcare for over 10 years and would highly recommend Dr Rudd’s chiropractic care. I have had many issues over the years, from swimming sports injuries, knee problems and general day to day ‘working at a desk’ issues and I’ve never had any of those issues continue to be a problem after having treatments. I now visit regularly as a preventative and to ‘nip anything in the bud’ before it becomes a real problem which works really well. I am fit, healthily and on top on body aches and pains!

Freedom Healthcare is a fabulous service. I previously worked for Steve for 14 years and have been seeing him as Chiropractor for the same amount of time. During this time, me and my family have all benefited from excellent treatments which have helped us recover from a variety of illnesses and ailments. As well as this, during my time working for Steve, I have been able to see how his treatments have benefitted many other people. His knowledge is extensive and is always developing. Any issue I have had with my health or body over the years, he has been able to treat or advise me. My main concern over the years has been lower back pain due to many years of competitive show jumping in my youth but he has been able to help me with much more than that. I have been going to Steve for many years now, originally helping my recovery of a slipped disc from overdoing it playing squash. I have maintained regular treatment plan to ensure littler niggles and aches are kept in line. Especially appreciated after recently snapping my Achilles tendon. My sporting activities will now have to be more sedate, from Football, squash, badminton, windsurfing to something less intense.
Steve is of a very friendly and personable character. He explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. Few others do.
I have recommended Steve to many friends who are now regular patients. Even treated one for jet lag!

I live in the Chiddingly area and have been visiting Steve for treatments for about 25 years. I first went to him because I had a very blocked nose and had lost my taste and sense of smell. He introduced me to the Blood Group Diet which cleared the problem and also controls my Psoriasis.
Over the years he has helped me with my back, neck, foot and shoulder problems. I have had a reasonably physically active life. We have 2 sons, I used to run a vineyard for several years, we have had various boats and I practice Yoga.
I am currently having a course of lazer treatment for tendonitis of the lower back and bursitis of the left hip which has been very painful. The lazer treatment is definitely helping me.
