Nurse Sarah is an absolute delight! Saw her today for a medical review and she was completely charming, with great humour and lots of laughs and smiles. Took plenty of time to review medication and discuss how to improve my medicine routines. Glad to have joined this practice.

Receptionists perfect however I had to leave a review about the toilet. I had no choice but to use it but I have never seen such a disgusting toilet was absolutely filthy given it was only 11am , lovely surgery but think someone needs to clean the toilet once in a while.

I have lived in many different parts of the UK, and Framfield is the best doctors surgery i have ever been with. It’s so easy to get an appointment, you call up on the day at 8am. I have always managed to get myself or my children an appointment. I went through two pregnancies attending Framfield, the maternity care was amazing. Just an all round great doctors surgery!

I always feel welcome and valued. All staff listen to you and communication is great. They are fast with referrals and getting the correct service you need. I never feel rushed in my appointment and can get one usually the same day. They display immense amounts of compassion whatever the ailments and I can't fault them at all.

Recently moved to the area and registering with Framfield was extremely fast and easy. I am currently 34 weeks pregnant and setting up prescriptions etc has been painless. Everyone I have spoken to has been super helpful and friendly.
