Was referred to them to change medication and see if they could give me therapy quicker than impact. Got discharged with neither and a letter stating that's what I wanted.

I'm bipolar 2 and borderline. 18 month old son at home on my own with no support, struggling with suicidal thoughts and they cut me loose. I'm reporting them.

Was great felt I was getting some support off them then they go sign you off and out there service without telling you and don't put anything in place or introduce you to them to make the transition any easier and just sign you to doctors and people you've never met befor and leave you high and dry. When you still feel shit everyday and not what to be here, still aren't getting sleep, still constant panic attacks along with a list of thing they clam they are here to help you with and then the just leave and you Call this a mental health organisation?

So many 1 star reviews, a need to inprove from the CQC and yet no change. Terrible service. It took me years to get through the access team. Finally got in and then got diagnosed with EUPD in 2022 then discharged and told to self refer to Impact, impact said too complex and referred back to foxrush in SEPTEMBER OF 2023! In July of 2024 I was told it was normal to still be waiting after that long so I held out, decided to ring back the other day and they're saying I wasn't referred back to them and they wouldn't leave someone waiting over a year (they definitely would do that, they've done it before). Was told on Monday someone would call me back, today is Friday and nothing so I called them again to be told I've been sent a letter with an appointment to go through the whole assessment process again... they're a nightmare to get hold of, constantly saying they'll call back and never do, you constantly have to chase them up when you do get an appointment it's weeks, if not months away. I've had issues with appointments where I've had letters and texts to remind me of an appointment and then I get there and they have no record of it. The problems are endless. all I want is some DBT so I can start getting mentally well, it's debilitating living like this with zero support from professionals. This whole service needs completely starting again!

Haven’t helped me in 5 years. Finally been told after being apparently ‘taken off and put back on waiting lists’ that I’m ’not Suitable for therapy’ despite having crippling health anxiety and autism. An absolute joke.

This place actively harms your mental health. They will tell you they will refer you and fail to do so, will say they will get back to you in 2 weeks and will respond 3 months later because you've chased them half a dozen times, and will have triggering conversations with patients in the waiting area right next to you. Yes we should be grateful for the NHS but wow, mental health services here practically want you to kill yourself.

Edit: I made the above review 7 months ago and it hasn't gotten any better. Made complaints where a manager never got back to me. On one instance they arranged a meeting because they promised help and never gave it. I said I needed help and they never got back to me. You might not have the money to go private and might need help but this place will not give it to you.
