It’s not straightforward getting an appointment, online options not available. I saw a nurse for a medical issue and resolution was excellent. However I was directed to a physiotherapist for another issue rather than a doctor, this proved ineffective with no resolution of my issue.

I was happy with the lady I saw, I had an appointment I missed and asked to rebook the appointment and she said no basically is the wrong procedure the other doctor told me and wasn’t listening to me and said “ let’s stop because we are going down a slippery slope” and that was it! Afterwards she was very cut off then

Brilliant service. I used the online booking form and within an hour I had a call back and appointment booked the same day. The Doctor I saw was brilliant and made me feel very comfortable talking to her. The reception staff I spoke to were also really nice.

Attended the practice a few days ago for my COVID and flu boosters. I arrived early for my appointment and was seen early. The nurse was extremely courteous and professional. And I didn't feel a thing !
