Four Oaks, personally my carers are great, there almost second family to me, we get on really well, occasionally new carers come in and unfortunately the odd one or two I did not get on with, I ring in my concerns and usually we come to terms by sorting things.

This care company is really bad and unprofessional. They expect carers to overwork but pay them minimum wages which covers their travel expenses and many more. They are truly ungrateful and talk recklessly
to adult carers because they feel supreme

Where do I start!
Carers always In a rush, calls allocated are for 30mins they spend a minimum of 7/10minutes at a call. They are not very confident with clients, who are unable to do things for themselves. They don’t encourage clients even after being showed what to do! Answering personal calls or texting away instead of having a conversation with the client, they should be attending too! Scornful of bowel movements. Management doesn’t deal with complaints professionally let alone get back too you about it. Times allocated are not kept too, arriving late then rushing too go! Say they have done duties to be carried out, when sometimes this isn’t the case. Not very diverse! Out of all the carers, I’ve seen only 3 we’re good. Because of the lack of encouragement given to client, client fell over and they have a no lifting policy. So we’re unable to pick client up off the floor. Rushing to deliver personal care when bathing, giving someone a wash within 5mins is a new record. I would not recommend this company to any one needing homecare service.
