Very incompetent surgery, have had to constantly chase them up their job properly. Over the past year and a half I have had to constantly chase them up as they forget to send referrals update contact details properly or even take my concerns about my dads health serious until I make a complaint would not recommend

Friendly and caring staff. Thorough, and despite the time pressures that we know they’re under, listening and responding feels solid. Thank you . Recently three practices joined. My experience over a number of years is of the previous Elm Practice.

Been with elm practice for years but after the merger almost a hr to get through but they have almost 10 receptionist that seem to avoid any work and only today I needed a emergency appointment for kidney infection told it's booked for 2 weeks solid but recently the pharmacist has been the one treating patients.

The Doctors at the Gadhvi Practice are friendly and helpful but the reception staff can be impolite and unhelpful.
Also waiting times on the telephone to get through to the reception are very slow - just tried to call but had to wait 40 minutes for someone to answer the call!!

Poor customer service by reception staff.

It's ok, but not half as good as my local GP practice, the Nightingale.
In fact I only know reception, which is not particularly friendly; I've never had an appointment with one of the doctors so I can't comment on them. I go to see the Community Heart Nurses, who are lovely.

I have many years of having to deal with this surgery for close relatives and I would honestly not recommend them to anyone! One or two of the GP’s are ok, but generally the staff are unprofessional, often very rude (on the phone especially), unhelpful and unsupportive. I have made a couple of complaints to the practice manager but sadly nothing seems to really improve.

Dr Hadid is the best doctor that I have ever had. iI is a shame I had to move. Very sad that I could not continue to see her.
She has always been very supportive especially when I was diagnosed with Diabetes type 2. It makes a whole lot of difference when your doctor care.
