Prompt professional Receptionist and the Doctor I seen a slim tall blond lady was excellent. Very professional easy to talk to. Spent time listerned examined me extra which my previous surgery never did. Excellent cant fault her. I won't be leaving The Forum Health center again.

I am an autistic person who newly joined this Practice and honestly change is difficult for me as I am anxious about the unknown.

I can honestly say I was anxious for nothing as the Reception Staff and the GP I spoke to today named Dr Obe are absolutely fantastic and the nicest people I have spoken to in a very long time.

I hope their Practice Manager reads this and gives them praise for their amazing work and empathetic nature.

Now I'd say, there are GP surgeries and there are GP surgeries. I'm currently a patient of Walsgrave surgery (soon to be my former surgery hopefully) and was sent here for out of hours care as there's been no one to see me all week...the difference in service was so shocking I couldn't believe it. From the ambience to the reception and the clinicians, I was so pleased. Thank you Forum Health Centre for showing us it is possible.

I was an out of the area patient at the Forum health centre for around 25 years and I only moved 1 bus stop away from where i was living. and after many times contacting the manager and her meeting with all the Dr's they were adamant they wouldn't let me stay at the surgery. Even though I signed a form when I joined there to say I would never have a GP home visit. Even though the receptionist at the the time told me they don't do home visits anyway only to 60 and over. The Dr's all knew how bad my anxiety was about this and the manager knew but they didn't care. One Dr said to me, I had to understand that they have 21,000 patients on the books and they had have to make way for new patients. It made me so poorly especially when I was having to move as well after been in my home for 40 years but they just didn't care. But the surgery I am at now are so understanding and friendly and very caring. I was so shocked at the Forum when I always thought I had a good relationship there but obviously I couldn't have been more wrong. This has had a massive effect on my physical and mental health and I feel so hurt by everyone there.

I an not a patient but my mum is and I needed to get my mum to see a doctor quite quickly but not urgently the reception staff could not do enough to help! Infact I've had quite a few visits here as they helped with my dad who has recently passed away. ALL the staff were wonderful the doctors compassionate & NEVER rushed the appointment and made my mum & myself valued!!!!!! THANK YOU ALL for caring in our time of need, I would like ALL the staff & the doctors to know they are treasured members of our NHS front line & a big THANK YOU AGAIN ❤

Taking legal action against this practice. Please read on. Awful place. Was great when I signed up years ago. Has become far too big, taken on too many patients. Doctors come and go there. Gone rapidly down hill. Doctors don't have the patience. Rude receptionist who I have had problems with in the past that never listens. Lost it with her July last year and same again July this year. Did have meeting with a top doctor and the Practice Manager about this, offering my apologies saying that is not normal me now got booted out of practice saying I am aggressive. At the meeting it was pointed out that they were having a meeting a week later to discuss. I never heard back from them only way I knew they were not wanting me as when I got an email from NHS Repeat Prescription saying it has been cancelled. Lack of communication. Have taken legal advice, practice should have written to me about the outcome of that meeting, I am now suing the practice and the Doctors who were on that original letter. No other doctors near enough for me to go so now left not knowing where to get my life saving medication from. They don't care. Avoid this place. See you in court.

My family recently joined this practice on recommendation after leaving another practice. I wish I’d moved years ago! It is like another world compared to our old practice (Kenyon). The receptionists are so kind and helpful and do everything they can to offer an appointment the same day or very quickly. The service has been impeccable so far. I cannot recommend highly enough!
