Absolute shambles. A family member has been waiting on a prescription for nearly a month with over 4 phone calls and 2 visits to try an rectify the issue. The idiot at the counter seemed totally aghast that i asked her to actually look into it and do her job. If you can use another surgery outside this shambolic willow group i suggest you do.

Econsult filled out yesterday, was called within 2 hours by a friendly Doctor (forgotten his name unfortunately!). Gave good, constructive advice, explained likely diagnosis and self-care tips. Advised about symptoms to keep an eye on and gave time frames to call back if no improvement.
I was treated with respect and dealt with swiftly as I always have been by this practice.
Keep up the good work all. Can't be easy with strict budgets and in a high-demand catchment. ?

I'm not happy with the service received by the doctor. It didn't feel like I was listened to, and it felt very rushed, like all the doctor cared about was going home. I get it was close to the end of the day, but it still shouldn't be rushed, especially when you work in a health and wellbeing environment

Actively trying to do what they can with reduced funding. Multiple times I have made online requests to the surgery and have received a call or appointment the same day

Just awful, theyve given my medical forms to DVLA to get my driving license, but now got news I'm banned for life from driving bc I have Attention Deficit Disorder and now I've been banned from driving and I haven't even started at almost 17 years old I now cannot driving until I get a form from DVLA to hopefully get this changed. May end up suing Willow group for ruining my life as they seem they're Anti Autistic people.
