Horrible gate keeping if you want to see someone specific. Alexis is listed on the counselling directory as an individual and not a company. They try to push you into see someone else. This is dangerous for people's mental health.

Fortis provide one to ones with staff members and have also held numerous group wellbeing sessions for all of our staff and partners. Alexis has been fantastic in always being at hand to discuss areas of concern we are seeing as a business, and working with us to come up with suitable workshops to assist our team. Whilst the star rating I have given has nothing to do with the lady I saw for my therapy, she was great, it has been given because of the service I have been given or not as the case maybe. A very close friend of our family was dying and lived away but I had my session to attend to on the Friday, his wife didn't think he would make the special party that was being held for him that evening, I rang the reception and explained the situation to them and asked them if I would have to pay the fee if I didn't attend in this exceptional circumstance, she said the operations manager will call me back regarding this I'm still waiting, I also called again on the Monday as I didn't want to loose my place with the therapist again I was told someone will call you back. That was a week ago and I'm still waiting
