I first went to Chris back in 2018 for help with a frozen shoulder. One visit was enough and doing the recommended exercises worked! Back again this year with hip bursitis and tight glut. With a few sessions and encouragement from Chris, I’m now doing strength training with a PT in local gym! The treatment and the advice he’s given has definitely been a life changer.

Can’t believe it’s taking me so long to write this !!! I’ve been a patient of Chris for the best part of 15 years !! On my running journey I’ve had many an injury !! Various from IT band to lower back to hamstrings all the main ones that runners get !! And I’ve gone to Chris as my no one Guru with unquestionable knowledge and experience and of course his magic hands !! Not only does he fix your complaint but he also wants to help you to help yourself to prevent it happening again !! A proper honest gentleman! I cannot speak highly enough of Chris, the Principal Osteopath. I have been visiting him for about a year and can say it is the best I have felt for a long time. It is not just the physical treatment I appreciate, it is the significance that Chris places on what I should be doing exercise wise to help myself. For me, I don't just want a half hour treatment, I want to be taking away positive things that I can be doing in my everyday life. Chris is excellent at this.

Chris and team are professional, knowledgeable, kind and positive.
I visited recently for a shoulder problem and after a couple of treatments and doing the exercises it's much better. Osteopathy has changed, no more the crunching a cracking of your joints, it's gentle rhythmic massage with some deep manipulations, not painful.
I recommend this type of therapy.

From the reception, through to treatment, the whole experience was professional & courteous. The clinic was clean, air conditioned & spacious and has it's own parking too. As well as the treatment, I was given advice & exercises to do before my follow-up appointment. The clinic accepts card payments & cash.

Chris, Niro and the team kept injury at bay during my 13 year professional sporting career and continue to keep me and my family moving freely and pain free to this day. My experience with Forte has proved exceptional. My engagement has been with Gemma, sports massage expert. I went for a specific issue and now regularly go because she has (a) solved the problem and (b) worked hard on reoccurrence and general well being. If anyone needs a sports massage try her. You won't be disappointed.
