Horrendous doctors surgery! The nurse (Nikki) is one of the most patronising and aggressive nurses I have ever come across she’s rude and has absolutely zero compassion when it comes to patients. Dr Jones is equally horrendous, very rude and arrogant. Makes you feel as if you have troubled him by coming to see the doctor.
My baby had 80% tongue tie and struggled to feed after months of asking the doctors who said there was nothing wrong with her we went private and she was diagnosed with severe tongue tie within 2 minutes of being seen too privately and had her tongue sniped the next day. Shocking how this practice is still open!

Myself and my husband registered in this surgery for almost 32 years. Unfortunately, we have to move house closer to our two daughters. We cannot fault this surgery. Doctors were kind and always listen and take further action on our complaints.
This includes the very patient Receptionist which they were always helpful. Very sad to leave this practice. Thank you very much for the effort, help and looking after us. We also want to say special thank you to Leona.

Glad I found this practice. I had a skin condition for over 5 years, Dr.Binit Patel suggested an over the counter medication. It worked like a magic. Thank you very much to Dr.Patel and the team.

I have never been helped in a timely fashion, and everyone’s attitude is incredibly rude. I actively avoid going to the doctor now because I never want to deal with such inept people. DO NOT register here.

"Please call us in morning and we will book you appointment." Calling in morning "we are not able to answer your call" this place is just scam and have nothing to do with actual GP. Had a brain surgery in London Royal hospital and i was supposed to have rehab. Nobudy ever contacted me or sent anyone to my address even after i was told by doctor who did surgery that he will make request for rehabilitation from GP. Never received rehabilitation and was recovering for 6months by myself from not walking state. Now i had injury from falling and injured my knee so i stayed 2 weaks at home. So my working place request sickness not. Tried reaching them for 3 weaks and calling every day. Same answer every time by rude receptionist that has zero will to actually help people. Incompetent and not willing to do their job not sure why this place exists. Reporting to NHS england and everyone who has similar issues should do the same. Place is scam and has nothing to do with medicine.

My dad just got off the phone to a lady called Tina who he says normally is really nice & well mannered however we both picked up today that when he asked Tina a final question to make sure there wasn’t any confusion with a certain tablet he takes, she sighed. This behaviour is totally unacceptable.
