my mum had to spend 5 days and nights there when my step dad went down hill and unfortunately passed there recently but they were so kind to my mum and my family and supportive .

Staff from this company where caught fly tipping medical waste on private land. The Sible Hedingham office did not realy grasp the magnitude of this and now as landowners we have informed Braintree Distict Council, The Environment Agency and the Police. This is a very serious matter.

A close relative has used Forest Home Care for a some time and I feel the level of care offered to my 90 year old mother is very poor. The carer who visits has asked for cash gifts in stead of chocolates at christmas and talks about other patients on her rounds constantly. Feel the service is very unprofessional!

I would like to say a huge thank you on behalf of my mother and myself, to Forest Homecare for the wonderful care that they have provided. Your hard work, kindness and consideration was never too much trouble. Most of all for helping my mother to walk again, which she thought she never would.

Forest Home Care package needs a lot to be improved. The carers are friendly enough but they never turn up when they are supposed to, my nan is waiting in bed until 11:30-12 noon sometimes and sometimes they dont turn up at all with not even a phonecall from the office to tell us. My nan is supposed to have a 45 minute call in the morning and 30 minutes for a tea call, I have witnessed the carers washing out and emptying the commode in the bathroom sink which is not only unhygenic but discusting as well and in the year she has been looked after by them she has only been given 2 baths even though she has a bath seat to help them. I am concerned about leaving my nan when I have to go away and I have told the office staff these thing but no one ever gets back to me or passes things on to the carers so nothing changes. They all just seem in too much of a hurry to do things properly even to boil an egg.

I ve worked 6 monhs body and soul and for a small scratch and a broken door from wind the keept 950 pounds from me work. I'm a single mother with two children and that money was important for us. They have insurance to fix the cars and only the peoples hu are not working doesn t have Incidents but this doesn t mean they have to put it on me back. Be very careful with this peoples are fack

Used them for about 5 weeks, then changed to another company, I wouldn't recommend at all. They left my aunt for a whole day with no care instead of the three calls she should have had, also we have sent carers away 3 times due to not doing the job properly.

Fantastic company looked after my grandad very well and also my nan when they didn't need to but we're always willing.care staff were amazing and they always accommodated changes when times had to be changed.
