Poor service, took over Gainsborough practice. Now I never get to see GP anymore difficult getting through on the phone, whether for appointment or chasing a prescription that hasn't been sent to my pharmacy and which is very important for me. Now I mainly get sent to Boundary House instead of my original GP at County Lane. Against my wishes but I don't have a choice.

Dr Timothy lim has been very helpful with referring me to the GIC when my last gp refused to do and also agreed to measure my hormone levels when no other gp would do that for me and the receptionist I met that particular day was lovely and was very helpful with telling me about how to get my prescriptions from where and when I can get them

Taken over by the Forest Group, can't get an appointment for love nor money - tried phoning at 8am caller number 54 hour later gave up - tried using the online form and constantly see - Online enquiries to Forest Health Group are temporarily disabled, so how on earth are you suppost to get an apointment for a service i pay for?
