I am so happy that I left my old GP (Ilford Medical Centre) and came here .. the receptionist team are always so lovely and nice. The waiting time on the phone isn’t a problem.. I’m just so thankful to the lovely team who always help me and listen with no judgements and deal with the issue. Thank you so much for the amazing work you do! Definitely registering my kids next!

I have always been very satisfied with the Doctors and reception staff.My Husband was very ill for ten years with Cancer.I had such good treatment from all the staff Especially Doctor Rowiner and Nadia in reception. They even use to comfort me if I was upset. X

I’ve been in this country for almost 6 years , I had another gp , then I transfere here with the other Gp I wasnt happy , but with this gp I am really happy, I called them for many times to tell them my symptoms and finally we have a clue and they can see exactly what I have even was hard to find because was many different symptoms and now they will refer me to do all my testes and I want to say a massive thanks ! ❤️

Surgery open at 8 am, and I made a call just 8 on the dot and was told that I am 30th in the queue. Waiting half an hour the call dropped, and I called again. I was in the queue over 30. Waited for 2 hours still could not make an appointment . Worst Surgery ever. People needs to raise their complain to CQC. can check it online as this is appauling.

Dr. Tahir Is A Wonderful Person, That Listens And Understands and really tries his best in helping everyone he sees, Gill One Of The Nurses Is Also A Wonderful Asset Of The Team And Really Cares About Her Patients.
The reception team have changed recently but they are still amazing and it can be difficult working with us, the public. But by far I cant fault anyone that works in this GP and can recommend it fully, and wholeheartedly.
