Terrible experience, treated like a number, short answers by the receptionist just to get rid of you. Impossible to see a doctor, forget about any treatment. Not sure why is this building even open? Its like wasting tax payers money for an electricity and rent.
Always fully booked, ALWAYS. Received a txt message to book in a telephone appointment with the doctor, receptionists wouldn't even allow you to do it , jokes! 😀

"I visited the medical center this morning with my wife, who had been dealing with back pain and had been self-medicating for over a week. While her condition had improved, we decided to get it checked out and obtain a fit note for her employer.

Upon arrival, we were told there were no appointments available, and we were redirected to an outpatient clinic, which also had no availability. When I inquired about seeing a doctor, the receptionist mentioned that several doctors were ill, and the waiting list could be weeks long. It felt like we were being pushed away without proper assistance.

As patients, we come to medical centers because we are unwell and need care, not as a casual visit. If this center cannot handle the patient load, they need to either extend their hours, hire more doctors, or hand over management to an organization that can better serve the community. The current situation is simply unacceptable."

Always helpful especially with my children, I’ve never been without an appointment when it has come to taking care of them, a huge relief as a parent.

I honestly do no understand the bad reviews. I have always had everyone here go above and beyond for myself and my 2 children.
The reception staff are amazing always! Sharon is one of a kind and I can not fault her!

USED to be an excellent Clinic, now have to wait 2 weeks to see a GP. Impossible to see a GP of your choice. On line booking disappointing. No person to person contact when trying to book appointment. No GP work’s here 5 days a week,it’s a miss match of GPs every week.
However,the receptionists are extremely helpful.

Worst GP practice ive ever had the misfortune of being with. The reception staff are very condescending as well as their Admin Team leader. They get very defensive without even listening to your whole story. They interrupt you whilst speaking. They're also very loud in person, when they're meant to be discreet around other patients. Nothing is done in a timely fashion. There is no sense of urgency. They have to meet targets so they tell you to call back for an appointment within their target time frames. They also take ages to answer the phone ( even though you request a call back). They clearly need more staff and they clearly need to go on a customer care course. They use patronising language like calling you 'love' and 'darling', which I think is so unprofessional, and makes the situation worse when they cannot help either. The doctors ive dealt with are fine adn respectful. Sadly this practice is also only open 09:00 - 17:00, which makes it even more difficult when you need to have an appointment after work or even weekends. Unfortunately i had to leave the Heart of Hounlsow GP surgery due to moving house and wish i hadn't/ wish i had done more research on Ashford area before moving here.

My son feels this is the best doctor surgery he has had. He has been helped a lot in the few months he has been with them.
The lady doctor he saw yesterday was brilliant, she listened to him and has helped him with the treatment he needs.
They are hard to get on the phone. He has been cut off after waiting for the longest time also many times..that is bad. But apart from that, he thinks they are good doctors and the nurses have been brilliant

Reception staff are arrogant and rude, waiting times to get through on the phone are ridiculous, even as caller 1, I have waited nearly 30 minutes to get through.
The in house Pharmacist is more concerned by making his bonus from prescribing un necessary medication and when you refuse he tells you that he can't help.
There are never any forms online to book an appointment, request medication or (I'm not surprised) complain and it wasn't a surprise that the reception staff couldn't find any complaint forms inside the surgery either.
This surgery was once good, the level of service has slipped so much that I couldn't in all good conscience recommend it to anyone.
