I have no words to describe this care home. The staff go above and beyond their call of duty. They offered drinks to us as visitors, even a meal for my mother, who they also showed compassion and concern for. They made us feel at ease, and smiled when we really needed it most. Sadly, my father past away. They did everything to make his final days, comfortable and safe for him. A big Thank you to Val and all the staff. I really do not know how you all do this line of work. If there are Angels amongst us on this rock we call Earth, then it is my belief, that you are they. Thank you all for taking care of my dad and mum, and family in this very hard time for us all.

Words cannot explain how much help and support i received from the care staff and office staff it was like going from home to home and gaining a new family. Yesterday my one in a million dad passed away he was kept clean and comfortable til the very end. I would like to thank the staff for all their care and support for not only my dad but also for being there making sure my mum had lunch and making her coffees and for being there to help her when she needed it whilst getting used to using her walking frame and becoming more independent again thank you for this. At the very end of my dad's life my family were made to feel at ease and knew he was comfortable exactly the way he wanted it thank you all for keeping me strong and making my family welcome. Im going to miss this new family i made thank you so much

Could not fault this nursing/care home, the staff each and everyone of them they were fantastic. They were so welcoming and caring, they looked after my grandad superbly right to the end and made him as comfortable as he could be. Cannot recommend them enough, it was like home from home.

I can not fault the care that my late Mum was given , by all the staff.
We were always given a warm welcome whenever we went to see her.She had a room with doors opening out onto the garden where she had flowers planted , she loved her flowers, it was her little home from home.

Extremely good care & nursing home, all staff take pride in their work & treat everyone with such dignity. The care received by our parents was exceptional. The staff from management to carers, could not have been more helpful & kind.

Absolutely fantastic home.
Staff and especially the management went above and beyond during such a hard difficult time with covid,to ensure I got to spend quality time with my Dad before he sadly passed away .

As from now I would to like to thank all the staff of Fordhouse for all the kindness shown to my husband Bill òn how kind they they have looked after him also the way they really ĺooked me they kept me going with food drinks they help me when I got upset they comfort me they welcomed my children and all my friends I would recommend this nursing home to anybody thank you Val and all your staff for your for everything you have done.
