Having had recurring floaters in my right eye for some weeks I eventually contacted Forbes who made an emergency appointment with optometrist Theepa that same day. After a full investigation Theepa ensured that I was at Southend hospital within 90 minutes awaiting emergency laser surgery for a potential sight-losing retinal tear. Whilst the damage was repaired, I subsequently suffered similar (though unconnected) symptoms in my left eye which again Theepa investigated and found that only rest and time would sort the issue, but arranged a follow up appointment to check and review progress. I cannot praise Theepa highly enough for her diligence, professionalism and patience. All those I have dealt with at Forbes have been thoroughly friendly and helpful. I can't "see" me going anywhere else! I cannot recommend them highly enough.
