Fabulous! I am a customer of Focus but I scratched my eye very badly recently, I walked in and Anthony saw me very promptly without an appointment, I couldn't have had a more of a bulls eye of a scratch right in the centre of my pupil!! However, he provided antibiotic cream and is healing very nicely now. Fab team.

Anthony is very experienced and the exam was carried out with not only precision but passion, which is extremely refreshing! A good variety of frames and a reasonable price, they have clearly put a lot of time and money into their education, careers and business, I take my hat off to them both and I'll be back in 2 years!

I was told by 111 that I needed my eye to be seen within 4 hours. Having called the initial 111 recommended provider who couldn’t see me, I was told to contact Focus Medical. Everyone was exceptionally helpful from the staff member who answered the phone to the prescribing Optometrist. The service was exceptional (enough for me to write this review). If I had attended the original 111 recommended provider, I would have had to then attend the hospital to be written a prescription. Because I saw a prescribing Optometrist at Focus Medical, they were able to prescribe the ointment I needed, which I was given in the shop, and then arranged for a check up the following week. I have felt truly looked after and my eye is better after the correct treatment. Thank you Focus Medical.

From the first time I called Focus I got a good feeling, the lady on the phone was helpful and friendly. At my appointment Anthony was very thorough, explaining each test in great detail, he is professional and very personable. Next came the ordeal of choosing a frame that suited, well I have to say Claire was brilliant and VERY patient as I worked my way though most of the frames on display! She was very honest with those that didn't suit me (lots) and eventually I found the right pair. My prescription is for varifocals, which are taking a bit of getting used to, I have been back and seen Angela who has been extremely understanding and helpful and has also given me some other options if I really can't get on with them. Great opticians with lovely staff, I highly recommend!

Saw Anthony and was very impressed with his attention to detail and professionalism. I have an epiretinal membrane in my right eye under supervision from Mr Kashani who works with Anthony at Bexhill hospital so they know each other very well. As a result he recommended I only needed to return in 2 years time and I shall certainly do so. Highly recommend and worth the money.

brilliant treatment at focus eye care on monday very professional and not like some places who test your eyesight then say oh yes you need new glass i got told truthfully my eyes have not changed in two years and that my old glasses were perfect and my eyes were quite good for a 73 year old man. will be going back in 1 years time. many thanks team
