If I could give lower I would. I left this surgery because it’s so poor. Takes so long to get through to them and when you do they never have any appointments. Why take so many patients if you can’t treat them. Doctors are nice for the most part of you can get in to see them.

This GP is awful and the receptionists are even worse. Requested an APPOINTMENT - you get a phone call. Some people work a 9-5 and are on the phones and are unable to answer. You have to request another appointment online - (another phone call). They don't say what time they're going to ring you so how are you supposed to know when to be free. Do not think that people have personal lives.

Terrible clinic, I do not recommend it to anyone. Completely useless and helpless receptionists. Even if you are dying, they will rather send you to a walk in center or A&E, but will not help themselves. Impossible to get any soon appointment or get a refferal. Avoid!

Feel very lucky to have this as our local GP practice. Now we've got the hang of the online appointment form it's quick and easy to request help and most of the time you hear back the same day with when your appointments going to be. We almost always hear back from the same GP regarding the same issue and the 2 GPs we've dealt with most have been incredible and really supportive. The midwife based there also went above and beyond for me. Extremely grateful.

Tedium! It is such tedium tryna speak or be seen by a doctor. So much so that I cannot remember the last time I saw one.
The receptionists are awful. They think they're actually in charge or something!
Rude and obstructive not very helpful, hang up phones etc
Just awful, if I didn't have to deal with the G. P., I wouldn't at all.

Didn’t even want to give them 1 star, very rude doctor has a phone call consultation about my migraines where the doctor was rude and asked me what do I want them to do and tried to fob me off they have no care in the world, then proceeded to ask me about asthma when they would be able to clearly see on my records I’ve never had asthma in my life this was a call about migraines

Honestly, this GP practise has been amazing. All my enquiries for my self and my children has been answered trough the phone, video call and taking face to face to the same day. Just depending how serious it is and what exactly is happening.
