I had a travel risk assessment here today, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The nurse was very helpful, they provided me with additional information about mitigating illnesses on my trip and made the vaccination process efficient and pain free. Thanks again!

Generally quite good and some of the physicians nurses and health care practitioners are very good. Dr E is excellent and managed to finally diagnose a common condition for me which had eluded the doctors for 12 years. But if you get eye problems just go to straight to A and E or ring 111 as I got caught in the "Duty Doctor has reviewed your enquiry and has advised you to get in touch with Community Urgent Eyecare Services" response CUES for short. Don't bother, CUES rarely answer the phone and it's been like it a long time. Years in fact. Staff at Putnoe medical centre smiles when I told them when 111 sent me there as they know how bad the CUES service is. So 2 days running I was caught in the loop of doom at Flitwick surgery and I was bounced off to CUES again. I knew I needed antibiotics I could see the serious infection creeping across my face even though I am not a health care professional I knew what was needed. So not sure if it's a Duty Doctor or Administrator or even AI that is doing the screening, but they need to up their game to stabilise patient confidence.

Just went to pick up a prescription for my mum. Three girls working in the dispensary. Not one turned round to acknowledge me. So after a minute or so, I said simply ‘hello’. One of them turned around and said ‘I know you’re there’. If you know I’m there then at least acknowledge and say something like ‘I’ll be with you in a moment’. I appreciate people are busy but basic customer service takes no effort. Perhaps some training for the dispensary staff.

Useless. Husband has been waiting for a phone call appointment JUST to review his medication. Literally been waiting over 6 weeks for a phone call.
Surgery says they called him but have not.
No phone call recorded or logged..
Then has to wait weeks for another phone call not to be received, ridiculous!

Struggles to get his medication which is for bad anxiety and depression from a lorry accident!

I'm leaving this review purely for the pharmacist I spoke with yesterday. I believe her name may be Sally. I can't put into words how difficult my health has been to manage. I had given up on chasing for support, as it was getting me nowhere. I had a meds review over the phone yesterday. Sally heard me out, asked further questions, chased up other professionals - and kept me in the loop with the results. Ive been struggling for weeks, and Sally had this sorted within 10 minutes. I really hope she sees this and realises how valuable her time has been, and how much I appreciate her compassion and kindness. The world would be a sweeter place with more people like Sally. Thank you so much.

I feel the surgery is improving greatly. With new triage system access to some medical care is much more likely. I have been much more successful recently. Administrators have been extremely helpful and the doctors have been excellent. Let's hope that enough money is available to make the service suitable to cater for all the extra households coming to the area.

From my experience everyone had to bend over backwards and basically push so hard to get anything done. The doctors don't listen, they schedule telephone appointments then never call, they make patients feel like their problems don't exist, and are very unprofessional for the field that they work in.
I would rate this GP zero stars if I could.

*The doctors seem experienced and the nurses were helpful.
* On 7/3/24 at 1400 , I called for blood test results and the receptionist was ironic repeating that „ I don’t read bloods“ and „We have 15000 patients“ .
Unacceptable patient service, rude , degrading.
Before you hire someone, please ensure that they obtain basic skills of empathy, communication and social skills.
