Following much speculation this pharmacy reopened as "Fleet Pharmacy". Mohammed ("Big Mo") is the pharmacist and we have found him to be very helpful, along with his 2 assistants who were previously employed by Lloyds. He recommended and guided us through the process of having prescription blister packs prepared and delivered to us every 4 weeks for an annual fee of £30 (per household). Telephone queries have been effectively dealt with in a friendly manner, and we have no hesitation in recommending the services of Fleet Pharmacy..

Recently had private Novavax Covid vaccination boosters for my family - service was EXCEPTIONAL. Really helpful throughout the process of organising the vaccinations, and superb care offered, with my children supported thoughtfully and carefully. I struggled to find somewhere which offered Novavax - Fleet is 45 mins drive from us, but it was well worth the trip. Thank you!

The Lloyds Pharmacy at Fleet Medical Centre are absolutely fantastic. I often have to change repeat prescriptions at short notice and it is never too much trouble. I've been using them for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Some reception staff and doctors are very impatient and rude at times. You would be really struggling specially with your mental health and they couldn’t care less.

Chemists all have terrible English changing all the time because they go back for months to their own countries. Staff very unhelpful here. Makes the whole process so confusing when they send you to fleet medical centre with a piece of paper to get signed instead of sorting it out themselves. Terrible service.

Went there today for an antibiotic
I was the only one customer, so its not that they were in rush
Got home, (living on the other side of Fleet) after few hours opened the bag just to find out that incorrect amount of tablets were given to me
Phoned the pharmacy, drove there
Waste of time
Being in pain
I understand that we aren't perfect, we all make mistakes
Fine
But not to hear one simple word SORRY
It's not quite right for me
Work on your manners, that's my advice
