I attended today for an ultrasound. The clinic was easy to find and access, not sure why others have posted about that. There are large blue signs at the street directing people towards the clinic. Plenty of free parking and space. The surgery was clean and quiet, very modern on the inside and a pharmacy is adjacent to it which is handy. The ultrasound appointment was quick, professional and kind. I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions and made sure I was comfortable. I didn’t have to check-in with any reception, signs led me directly up the stairs to a separate waiting room which was clean and empty so I had no issues with delays or cancellation. I have been booked for a second one at this location and I’m pleased it went well. I was worried based on these reviews but now I am sorry for the frustration of other reviews’ experiences but they don’t seem to justify such a low score. I know NHS can be a pain but this experience was actually pleasant, not worth the complaints.

Had 2 appointments booked here for ultrasounds, both got cancelled on the day of the appointment,one was cancelled in the morning and one cancelled 10 mins before my appointment and i was already there... staff very unhelpful. Asking my GP to refer elsewhere if its possible...

Address is wrong. Spent 20mins looking for the place which caused me to miss my appointment. Go to *79 Vale Road* and take the road directly opposite and it’ll lead you to Fleet medical centre.
