Their e cosult online system sucks. Can never get an appointment. They reply via email and prescribe medication without even talking to you!!
Unhelpful reception staff apparently "cant book appointments over the phone".
When you do eventually speak to the doctors, they barely listen.
Definitely lost the personal caring side they used to have that people need when unwell.

All staff have been always excellent and polite, you can get appointments sooner or later and now they have also an online system so they are always improving.
Sometimes I think is harder for people to be patient nowadays and more demanding everywhere you go so is not fair to read a bad review in this place where people work very hard.

I never had trouble. Lovely people working here. (:

No access to GP or any clinician! The receptionist are paid just to let you know that they have no appointments. If you think that before it was bad enough to wait 2-3 weeks for one then now I can only suggest the closure of this health centre since they have No appointments to offer to their patients,
It is quite of a concern as a small health issue could become a serious issue and affect your entire life. CQC should have never rate this surgery Good, and maybe it is time to make them aware of the bad service we constantly receive!

Awful. New system is a joke. Have to wait a week for a call back as this is the earliest appointment, yet my blood results show infection and inflammation. Advised by reception if I am that bad then go to urgent treatment... expect all local hospitals to be creaking at the seams soon with this advice.

From feeling quite poorly to diagnosis has been a week. Superb service from this practice and Bognor Hospital. Every stage was met with kindness and compassion with over and above effort to look after me. Some patience needed on the phone but you do get through and are seen if you need to be. Thank you so much. Wonderful experience and high praise deserved.

I would give it less if possible. It's literally nearly impossible to get an appointment. Tried for multiple days to get an appointment both by phone and in person. Told each time there are no appointments even though i showed up before 8am in person and called at exactly 8am but was somehow 20th in the queue. Absolute joke of a practice.

Reception staff fab, so is the whole team, but just annoying with the new on line system you have to wait so long for an appointment, especially when an underlying condition is embarrassing

Can hardly ever get a same day appointment. Apparently if you are happy to queue outside the surgery from 7.30am you might get an appointment when it opens at 8.00am. I phoned at 8am this morning, number 1 in the phone queue, NO APPOINTMENTS for today as there were only 4 and they went to the patients who physically went and queued outside.
Excuses are not enough doctors and too many patients.
