This little gym is well-equipped and has friendly staff who are warm and welcoming. As an older person, who is as far from a poster gym-bunny as you can get, I have had real support and encouragement from their excellent coaches. Great range of classes too.

Likes: friendly staff, clean gym. Dislikes/ areas for improvement: appreciate the gym is a boutique one so it’s small but It has all the basics…however doesn’t do them all well. Cable machines are most frustrating feel cheap and poor quality where they don’t pull as smoothly or as properly as they should so it negatively impacts your work out . Shame as in a limited gym it’s one of the few pieces of equipments you can do nearly a full workout on .

Fantastic. It can be expensive but if you're willing to invest in some truly wonderful members of staff and are local to the area I'd highly recommend fitlife. What a lovely little gym! I’m a personal trainer and like to keep fit and go to the gym wherever I am. I’m not in Haddenham all that often but my partner lives here so the day passes are very convenient for me! Managed to train here 4 times since I’ve been here from July 14th and every time the staff has been so lovely! Not the biggest gym but you’ve been very smart with the layout of the space you have, and apart from stacked weight machines (not including the cable machines because there’s plenty of those!) you seem to have everything I need to use! Definitely going back whenever I’m here as it’s so much easier than to go all the way into Aylesbury to go to The Gym Group (the company where I work). Great vibes!

I’ve even had some followers on Instagram ask where this gym was and if it was close to Brighton as they loved the look of it! 🙌🏻

So lucky to have this brilliant, friendly gym nearby. The classes are fab, the equipment is top notch and the team have such a lovely attitude and are clearly dedicated to giving their best. The spin studio is kitted out with the best Stages bikes, giving accurate power data, and the classes are great for those cycle training as well as those just wanting a fantastic fun workout. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

I am forever grateful for this gym & the staff in so many ways!
The gym itself is great & is never too busy to put you off going. Great that’s there’s also plenty of parking. Couldn’t fault the gym at all.

I decided to change my review.As it is a small business and to survive COVID and the financial repercussions and setting up a new business in summer town is huge achievement. There's were problems which I should of dealt with. But the vast majority of people are very positive. But it is a small gym and we have to be respectful to other members. Which I always have done .
