I found the practice very easy to navigate. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I went in for a check up and then a blood test. The lady I saw Jenny took 4 vials of my blood and I didn’t even realise it. I’m usually very bad with needles, but she was excellent! She talked to me probably to distract me but she was good at it.

I can not speak highly enough of Fishermead Medical Centre. My dr is the BEST! And all the staff there are so lovely, friendly, helpful, welcoming and supportive. It truly is the best surgery I’ve ever been to. I suffer anxiety when out but thanks to all of there kindness and support I am not as anxious when I see all their smiling faces.

The Most warming and welcoming team of staff I’ve ever met in health care as a service user in my entire life. Their smiles are honestly a pain killer to as( ^-^ :p. ) as well their most proactive friendliest pragmatic manner . They empower me (and verbally being their go to which is awesome!! with empowering & encouragement prompts & service administrative skills) and make me feel I always have a smile to go to & give with minty sweet feeling of satisfaction whilst trading mine . It’s all anyone can ask for! Best GP I’ve had! Feels like a ‘pinch me moment’ every time going in

Brilliant gp, all of the receptionists are really great & try there best to get you the help you need & get you seen as soon as possible, they’re all very caring & amazing at there job. The nurses & doctors are also amazing & the level of care is brilliant, best gp I’ve ever been registered with! I wanted to just express my thanks to Adeline.
I came in today after having a fall at work last night and hurting my back and ankle. She was so lovely and understanding of my pain. she listen to every thing I said and was so professional. I always ask for her when needing a appointment as she make the hole experience of seeing a medical professional so much easier when dealing with any issue that you have. She really is a credit to the surgery and one of in my opinion the best. so once again a big thanks to her.
