I live in Scotland and they keep phoning me thinking I'm an Indian gent in their practice..phoned this AM to speak to someone ,who was initially polite then slammed phone down. If they can't deal with this then don't rate much else

I am again so very disappointed with this Practice . Having been with the practice as a patient along with my family, for almost 35years with nothing but praise for the founder and GP Dr.Wasu, we have now been told that we must find an alternative practice by the new leaseholders due to being outside of the boundary area. My husband and I immediately checked the NHS website for nearest surgeries, only to see that First Choice has in fact been authorised to accept OUT OF AREA Registrations. Are we being targeted for some reason? We have of course written to the new Doctors informing of this fact and would hope that this matter will be rectified satisfactorily. That the NHS HARROW would condone this is very troubling indeed. Very sad considering the promises of improved care. I Will Keep You All Informed. Also through my social media accounts

If there was a 0 star option, I would give it because of the racism in treatment. My child went to the general practitioner in Osu and she treated him very racistly. She and the receptionist spoke badly. This doctor does not deserve to be in this job. She should be somewhere else because the medical profession is a profession of ethics and humanity, and this clinic lacks many of these things.

If I could give zero stars I would’ve, but there’s no option.We are very dissapointed with the service we are getting. NHS should not have sold the practice to the current GPS The surgery has gone into DOGS. No GPS available. No appts available. had appointments with dr Nisha, very rude no smile on her face at all even my kid realised. Everything has gone into shambles. The receptionist is very rude. The man and the woman always given rude answer the previous receptionist was Allen was the best lady and a good receptionist Please give the practice back to DR WASU. The mistake was it was handed over to the current GPS. It shoukd have been closed so that patients woyld have gone to their choice of GP. Mrs Wasu put the patients first and believedvthatvtge current GP WOULD CARRY ON WITH GOOD PRACTCE BUT VERY DISSAPOINTED AND DECEIVED. NHS PLEASE DO SONETHING AND TAKE IT FROM THE CURRENT GP AS WE ARE SUFFERRING. THE CURRENT GP SHOULD BE STRUCK FROM THE LIST. WHY SHOULD WE SUFFER BECAUSE OF NHS FAULT I have been with this GP and my whole family for 25 years now and we are really disappointed now with the reception and the doctors very rude and professional no smile on the face sometime I feel like they’re racist because they speak other language when they speak other language they smile they speak Nice to them

I can't give even a start to this GP surgery and receptionist ( who thinks she is Doctor)
They never give same day appointments for infants. Not only that even mine personal chest referral not done after year chasing and plenty times x ray reports and emails from occupational health team.If you love your family then never registered.
Better to safe then sorry.

Horrific. I called at 8.30am after being disconnected at 8.10. I was told that their are no appointments available and was told by the receptionist that I can go to the clinic in pinner. I told them this was not an option as I can't travel on a bus with a really ill toddler (sister) and after stating the same thing a couple of times an appointment somehow appeared. I went with my mother as a translater as she does not speak English. The doctor that saw us was completely rude and very undermining. I told her about the concerns my mum had and was told : "That is ridiculous she is not a doctor it is stupid to think that". Than she scoffed I was so happy that my mum did not understand that. This happened 19/03.
