I have been a patient at this surgery for more than 16 years and always received excellent support from reception team as well as the doctors .
The reception team are always polite and try to accommodate you in if there is an emergency.
The reception manager Miriam is professional and always very helpful.
The doctors are exceptional and very kind. They listen to patient’s concerns and explore their worries and manage their expectations.
Recently during my illness I have been reviewed on multiple occasions by dr Farooq/dr Z El-Haffar and dr Mohammed who are excellent and managed me better than my expectations for which I am really thankful.
Once again thank you all and continue the great work.

I have been a patient at this surgery for nearly 3 years I think. I can only speak from my own experience with them. I have found them to be exemplary in their working practice. I suffer from many many disorders and I believe they have always gone the extra mile in ensuring my needs were met. The reception staff are always polite and ensure deadlines are met. I appreciate how covid has disrupted everyone but I can recognise Good practice when I see it. Also a big shout out to Maria Chapman who gave me such good advice. Also Miriam, who is the office manager. She has gone above and beyond to assist me. I am perfectly content with my surgery Thank you First Care

Bought my mum in to have her vaccinations. New nurse Sarbjit Kaur was very lovely, professional and friendly. The practice definitely needs people like her, I felt happy for her to be caring for my mum. As for the receptionist, no change there. They just look at you with a very blank look in their eyes, still an improvement from waiting up to 5 minutes before being acknowledged though, so, things are looking up

Everything is positive and going good. Appointment system which has been implemented is going really well. The Dr's take more time to listen and understand us. Language barriers are not an issue. There is support for non English speakers.

I recently had to leave this practice due to moving, but I wanted to take the time to leave a special review for Dr. Umar Farooq. Over the years, I’ve seen many doctors, but Dr. Farooq stands out as the best. He truly listens, takes my concerns seriously, and always ensures the right action is taken, whether it’s referring me to specialists or following up with further care. Unlike some doctors who may dismiss or rush through appointments, Dr. Farooq has always been thorough, supportive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He's not only helped me manage my physical health but also played a significant role in improving my mental well-being. His care, understanding, and dedication have made a huge difference in my life, and I truly can’t thank him enough for all that he's done.
