Fire and Ice was recommended to me by a friend due to my chronic inflammation and nerve pain.

I had an injury to my foot from overuse with bruising and pain for over a month. The morning after my first session the pain had subsided. After a few days no bruising and I was able to get back to training.

I had an acute swelling of my knee which was the perfect timing for my second cryo session, that same afternoon the swelling had gone and so far hasn’t returned.

As someone who has long term pain, both chronic and acute cryo is a game changer for me. It’s enabling me to continue training and reduce pain medication. I feel a high after each session and can’t wait to see the long term benefits.

I would highly recommend to anyone with chronic pain, swelling or to just feel healthier.

Wow, just wow! Just had my first Fire & Ice experience and it exceeded all my expectations!

Lying on the warm, oxygen pumped, LED and infrared lit bed was so relaxing and in the knowledge that its restorative powers were giving my body and immune system a major boost.

My friend kindly purchased us a contrast therapy experience for my birthday. This was a combination of thermotherapy, ozone therapy and the Cryo chamber. I didn’t know what to expect but was completely blown away by the whole morning. Claire who owns the spa is extremely passionate and knowledgable about every aspect of wellness and I have to say, I felt the best I’ve felt in months upon leaving there. She is also a lovely lady which helps you feel really comfortable. This place is fantastic, a highly recommended addition to anyone’s health optimisation journey. I had a wonderfully relaxing therapeutic experience with great results - the ozone sauna and cold therapy combination truly delivered. Great detoxifying body/mind/mood/hormonal reset - all in a beautiful welcoming environment with every little last detail taken care of, down to the pH balanced water provided.
