I have been attending Sally Sanctuary’s classes for nearly a year after being recommenced to her
Sallys classes are tough but amazing. I have since introduced several friends who have attended and all have found her classes to be excellent as she continually coaches you and makes sure you are doing the correct procedure. She is very focussed on safety and continually checks that you are not straining . I Highly recommend Sally as a reformer Pilates instructor

Done 3 classes now at Fika and I am hooked. Currently doing the beginners classes as I am new to pilates, had classes with Amelia and Eve and both are amazing instructors. I am a runner and have issues with my hips. Both Amelia and Eve have been great in adapting anything I have struggled with. Studio is lovely, max of 6 per class which is great as the instructor can spend time with you as needed

I’ve been doing Pilates for a while now and can honestly say that Sally’s classes are the best I’ve ever done. She’s always coming up with new ways to challenge you based on your individual ability which is really refreshing as classes can sometimes become repetitive. There’s also the added bonus of the class sizes being small, so you literally get a 1-2-1 without paying the premium!

Honestly cannot recommend Fika enough!

Today was my 4th class at Fika and so far the classes have been worth every penny!

I have never been made to feel so comfortable and relaxed while being pushed to my limits. Sally is a credit to Fika. She ensures that all the classes are suited to each individual and throughout ensures you are okay and encourages you every step of the way like no instructor I have met before!

If you live local you need to try this little hidden gem! It’s amazing! Everyone that attends are lovely and welcoming! Definitely will be repurchasing my bulk package for the classes for the rest of the year! X

FIKA is a little known gem in the village of Lymm providing yoga, mat pilates & reformer pilates sessions. The studio is set out perfectly - clean spacious with parking right outside & 4 brand new pilates reformer machines. I’ve just invested in my 3rd consecutive package of 10 pilates reformer sessions. I’m loving them. I’ve been going to the sessions taught by Sally who is knowledgeable, experienced, patient & fun! I can definitely feel & see the difference. The sessions are challenging & enjoyable. I highly recommend Fika & Sally.

Sally is a great instructor who gives different options for every move to ensure all abilities in the class are catered for. So glad I stumbled across this studio.

Reformer Pilates classes in Lymm , the studio is fabulous , I’ve been going with my daughter ,Sally who takes the class is fantastic she adapts each move for your own ability it is like having a one to one class . I couldn’t recommend Fika(Sally) enough .

Just completed my 20th class with Sally. I was afraid at first that I would be rubbish so only attended classes where no-one was booked on. She assured me I could do it and I attend classes with other lovely customers now..
The studio in intimate with a lovely vibe..
I like the fact that Sally adjusts my session to suit and knows my limit as I'm not at the same level as some of the others which was initially a big concern, that is the sign of a good teacher.
They do deals really cheaply if you book a block of 10 which makes it affordable for most people.
I would highly recommend them and her as they really make you feel welcome and push you but don't overstretch you and make you keep up with people more able
