Called today and got through by a lovely receptionist who must be new as she was lovely when explaining I've been waiting for my prescription to be ready etc she reordered for me. Far better service then had a long while. I hope she reads this your an asset to the company.

Im getting really annoyed with this doctors. Ive just been waiting on the phone for ages and when you pick up you hang up on me! Cant get appointment without phone call from a doctor first which you wait all day for them to ring you back.

What can I say..appalling service! Waited months to get an appointment only to be misdiagnosed. Spent another few months in agony while trying to get an appointment. Finally get an appointment for an ultrasound which shows the real problem and given instructions to contact my GP to discuss treatment recommended..no chance. Told no appointments and to ring 8.30 each morning to get any cancellations. Sure my employer would be happy while I hang on the phone 3 hours everyday and still not get through.
Receptionists are dismissive and i wouldn't rate the doctors either. One in particular really should be in a different profession.

Waited 4 months for appointment to see a dietary advisor, only to be informed that despite wearing a face mask exemption badge was basically told tough wear one or don't come in.
Turns out the person I was to see was allegedly not even in the building all of a sudden, so that was £15 in taxis to and from the practice wasted and all I got was a text telling me to refer myself to the council!
Absolutely disgraceful treatment and I am looking for a new practice.

Constantly trying to get an appointment with a doctor is like pulling teeth ! Is frustrating, stressful , utterly annoying..
I've rang 50 times from my mobile and 15 times on my land line, after being told there's no appointments left the day before, whats frustrating is this ,you start to ring at the stated time, and its constantly a busy line , only to be cut off ,its time people in authority realised,
Covid isn't the only thing going on
We're being undiagnosed with all sorts of medical issues.
BECAUSE WE SIMPLY CAN'T GET TO SEE A DOCTOR

Worst doctors ever been with. Never get an appointment, reception staff are extremely rude and they think they know it all. Worst doctors I've ever seen, not understanding, don't listen and just rush your appointment and diagnose you with anything. Absolutely dangerous. They all need to be 're staffed EXCEPT the nurses. They are fab at their job! Shame about the rest of the surgery.

Appointments - never able to get one - always call at 8:30 in the morning. If you try and get a routine appointment with a specific Dr this year, No chance, and its only the 11th of Dec - This is outrageous and a disgrace, good job i haven't got COPD or any other long term illness, oh wait...... 1 star is too many - this facility needs investigation into how its run and staffed.

Brilliant drs. Always manage to get an appointment if its urgent. Minor things I expect to wait for a booking. Staff are always kind and considerate on the phone and in person. Seen nearly all of the gps and always been looked after well. So much better than my old gp surgery. Thanks guys.
