Hopeless. Can’t arrange anything on phone. One hour wait then staff say can’t, computer says can’t. Same day appointment, routine appointment, rescheduling flu vaccine all impossible. Medication review 18 months overdue. Today’s telephone receptionist offhand.

Arrived at Freckleton health centre this mornig and was completely ignored.Acknowledgment goes a a long way! Another person walks in and he gets a "good morning", am i invisible?! Other receptionist was licking her finger whilst going through prescriptions. Rude reception staff

Never had a problem with the doctors , they are all very friendly and patient with you. They listen to your worries and concerns all the doctors are great can't fault them at all
