Great customer service.

Very helpful person answered my call. I’d rung because I hoped there were colours other than the cream on the Amazon page. Emma said new grey trays were coming in (which I preferred) but she would have to go and check the warehouse. She said she would call me back and did! (Doesn’t always happen…). Yes, the new grey was in stock so I bought two. Emma told me if I had an injury, I needn’t pay VAT. I’d noticed something about this on Amazon but assumed it would be a hassle. With her it wasn’t. So great service from her. The only glitch was that the delivery company Evri/Hermes fouled up (no surprise there) and only delivered one, and inefficiently at that. When I called about it Carl stepped in, said he would sort it. Sure enough the second one arrived a couple of days later. The two trollies have liberated me from my crutches and now I can make my own teas and coffees and get them from kitchen worktop to sofa without spilling! I’m also winning brownie points for laying and clearing the table…
I'd recommend anyone with the need for more freedom during rehab to get one of these (or two if living with stairs).

My father and I visited the Skipton head office yesterday to buy a new transit wheelchair for my mother. We prearranged the visit and were greeted by Leah who immediately offered us tea coffee before showing us the full range of suitable chairs.
My mother suffers from dementia, which means interactions like this can prove quite challenging, but Leah was extremely caring and very patient. First class. We were delighted with the service she and the rest of the team offered and would thoroughly recommend Fenetic Wellbeing to anyone else requiring similar products.

We bought the Hainworth riser chair for a lady who has had a stroke. It is a good height for her and the riser function is fantastic. Since her stroke, she can only use her left hand and Fenetic were extremely helpful in sending a "how to" video to swap the controls around. It only took me five minutes and now the chair is perfect. They definitely went over and above to ensure the chair would be suitable for us.

I bought a Bellavita &Nova bath lift which is sturdy, safe to use and ideal for those with limited mobility. The equipment is easy to clean/ sanitize and folds to save space when stored not in use. It was easy to place the order online. I commend Emma who is a true asset to the business! When I contacted Customer Service with an issue owing to the courier service she went beyond and above taking ownership of the problem and sorted all out keeping me informed all the way until the equipment arrived safely. Thank you.

Very pleased with the Voyager all terrain manual wheelchair purchased from Fenetic Wellbeing. The price and customer service was also excellent. I have had wheelchairs for two generations of my family. The Voyager copes well with rough terrain including quite heavy gravel. It also wheels remarkably freely on hard surfaces making it a very practical general purpose wheelchair. The attendant operated brakes are brilliant. It is particularly light and folds very flat (despite the very fat rear tyres) which is useful for storage and transport. It is very well designed and made with good quality components.

We bought a riser recliner for my wife. Unfortunately, in just over a month the back broke, damaging the undercarriage machinery on the process, and she could not use it. We contacted the company and they arranged for an inspection, followed by a new undercarriage/motor and a new back to be fitted. It is now working perfectly. Impressed, I have ordered another for myself, as it helps my wife's back and leg.

Came in yesterday and was greeted by a lovely young lady Emma, it was my first time checking out rise and recline chairs, Emma showed us every chair in the showroom pretty much, so informative on every chair, advised me on height, led length, lumber and head rest, I was so impressed I bought one, would highly recommended your company to all my elderly struggling friends and to ask for Emma, thank you so much, I am taking delivery today, that is exceptional thank you so much Emma.
