Hilarious got to give 5 stars. Useless staff leaking a god complex, lf your reading this and you are lucky to choose .Go elsewhere. Looking posh and clean means nothing behind closed doors.

I went there with a absence and the 2 woman were really helpful and so kind and understanding very gentle too I was so scared and they eased me the best they could highly recommended

23/05/24... Well, what a difference! Having phoned on the 15/04/24 and being told by the lady that I cannot book an advance appointment, with a Doctor or Nurse, ever (!), (I am Autistic so unfortunately cannot do things like this without organisation and certainly not the same day) I tried again this morning, as my pain has now increased.

I got through to a lovely lad called Jamie, who went out of his way to help find a solution. He was kind and patient, didn't rush me, or make me feel like I was a nuisance, which is how I have felt before when phoning this Surgery. If all the reception staff are going to be like this from now on, then well done Fellview!

This surgery is a joke. 3 days try to book appointment and even I call 8.30 on the dot somehow I'm always 20th in the queue and no appointments left..
