I have an issue that started 5 months ago and has resulted in me being off sick. I have been impressed with the online appointment system. First time I filled in the form, had a call within 20 minutes and was asked to go straight in for examination. Since then I have been using the system for appointments, prescriptions and sick notes. I find it very easy to use and had no complications. I am very impressed with first contact physio David Hunt who was very kind and reassuring and figured out straight away what my issue was before having an mri and also Dr Kyprianou who has been so empathic, kind and caring throughout. I feel she really listens to me and understand my problem. Thank you

I had a phone call inviting me to have a flu jab. There were 3 nurses doing just that one Saturday morning (& next Saturday too) So well organised & quick, brilliantly organised.
Then I was booked to see a physio, David, also at the surgery, so very convenient, & an easy walk. David was excellent, he listened when he asked what the problem was. He explained what the cause was & options open to me. We agreed to start with 3 exercises which are making a difference.
I phoned for an appointment last week. Got straight through & was 3rd in queue, & automated voice said I could press button for a call back from the receptionists & not lose place in queue. How great is that? Call back 5 minutes later, from one of the lovely receptionists who are all so good at their jobs. What a great surgery.

Normally there is nothing outstanding at this surgery. However Dr Katy Kyprianou is an asset for this surgery. She has knowledge and empathy for patients. What a fantastic addition. She deserves 7 stars 🌟

I have had a few issues recently,which have been dealt with swiftly and efficiently.The reception staff were polite, professional and most helpful.I had an appointment with the doctor the same day.

Failed to prescribe a basic medication requested by my hospital consultant ~.very disappointed and frustrating… not dealt with in a timely manner.

4.2.25 ignored a repeat prescription request and told me to liaise with district nurses instead- why? Also said that they had not seen health problem when their website says no images of private parts!!

Called because I cant order my prescription online. Had a 10 minute call with receptionist giving me time constraints for ordering a prescription online. I cant call at 7am as I am awake most nights in pain. I work and not always free before 2am. They can help on the phone with anything 2pm onwards. I ask for a doctors appt. I have to call at 7am which I cant do. I explain I am concerned about things and get advised to go to the chemist! I get told to push a note through the door of the surgery yet I am disabled and all options available to me are phone and online yet you cant order anything over the phone and online... a 24hr thing is only available at times I am not. I am sick of having to fight for some basic care. This surgery states it is open 7am until 6.30 pm yet there is a 5 minute timeframe where you can get an appt if you are lucky and for those who work NO chance to order a repeat prescription. Asking someone who struggles to write, walk and even stand up to "pop" a note to the surgery when you could help me over the phone is barbaric and discriminatory. Lets hope I dont die before I get my meds. Apparently the surgery offers out of hours appt evenings amd weekends yet I doubt I could get one of these!

Their response is always you can put a request online... only betweem 7am and 2pm!!! I now have to worry and fret for several days before I can put a request online in 3 days for something that takes days to process that I need now.
If you have an online service then allow it to be used online regardless.. why time limit this? The world world does not revolve around your useless restrictive timeframes. Some people have to actually work!

Absolute shambles. (The clinical staff I have met have been great, totally let down by incorrect booking of appointments). Frustrated that over 4 weeks since I requested a review, I still need to wait another 4 weeks for a telephone appointment. Hopefully I’m not dying……

Absolutely disgusting service, went to surgery after calling for 30 mins 3 times today
with no answer! Wanted to discuss why a referral had been cancelled by the surgery back in december and not told so just been left waiting!! been waiting 4 months for appointment. Surgery told me hospital cancelled it. Blame put on hospital, hospital blames surgery!! Attitude given to me, I didn't raise my voice or use aggressive language i just wanted some answers! They insisted I was having a go at them!! Was dismissed by practice secretary and told I was welcome to make a complaint, and walked off. No empathy at all, no offer of help. Even getting upset at seriousness of symptoms (heart failure) for last 4 months with no resolution. Shall be leaving this surgery and making a complaint.
