Feel Good Norfolk has honestly been the best thing that could ever have happened to me moving to Norfolk. Back in London there so many wellness activities that I did...and loved. When we then moved to Norfolk I found it really hard to find wellness practitioners. Luckily I found Feel Good Norfolk and they connected me with the most incredible people and I now have the most amazing wellness practitioners in my life who I see regularly and who absolutely fill my cup. From deep tissue massage specialists to saunas, pilates and yoga. I honestly feel like I'm living my best life in Norfolk and it's all down to Feel Good Norfolk.

I love being part of Feelgood Norfolk as a local wellbeing business. It's such a great community of like minded people, warm and welcoming whatever your background. I've learnt a lot from others and from our workshops and feel empowered by this support network.

The podcast is a highlight of my week to listen to what amazing things are on offer in Norfolk and remind myself of some wellbeing tips.

Feel Good Norfolk (FGN) has been the no 1 place that helped me move forward with my business. I love the networking events, workshops to learn about how make my business work and so much more. It is so worth it as a yoga teacher to be a member of FGN and get recognition for the work that I do. I am on their membership directory, which means people can see what's available and also see what I offer. The opportunities to write articles for the EDP, magazines and share your stories on podcasts and much more are available to you as a member. It's a wonderful way to get your voice out there. I have used the Feel Good hub a few times to delve into alternative therapies and get a taster on ideas for a healthy well-being. I've always found the taster sessions very informative, occasionally fun and interesting. I've also had reflexology with Sarah Groves who organises the sessions and I have found it be very relaxing and beneficial for mental health.

A place of tranquility. The Yoga Tree is a place to go to reset and sooth your soul! Particularly loved the education class about Chinese medicine, and the Reflexology session.
