Absolutely terrible service. Called the GP to book an appointment and was stuck as number 1 in the queue for over an hour. Frustrated, I decided to drive to the practice, only to find that no one was even answering the phone while I was there. When I showed the staff what was happening, they just laughed—what a joke! This level of service is completely unacceptable. Patients deserve better than this.

After being told by the hospital that my wife needed to see her doctor,I rang at 8am for an appointment and was told that my wife would get a call back.
The call from the doctor came around 3 hours later and she was told to attend an appointment in the afternoon.
She had her appointment with Dr Frederick Acquah and we were both amazed at how quickly the appointment came and how amazing Dr Fred was.We could not be any happier and thank the doctor so much for his excellent care and positivity.

I had the doctor phone me to tell me I need bloods , went in 2 days later and was so quick I almost could have had it done outside . Lovely lady who despite getting over a broken finger never stopped being kind and gentle.
Next seen the dr ..he was lovely and understanding . And as he promised he phoned yesterday with results and futher advice ... only reason I didn't put 5 is the phone lines are a joke and after 3 attempts still can't get the app to work.
Yet the other surgery the building connected first time . I still think if I can I will try a few more times .

One star is to good this surgery is a joke only decent people are the nurses. The reception staff and doctors would fit in better in a circus. Complaint has been logged and will be going above the practice manager

This is a first time ever I am leaving a poor review. But this is the most ridiculous surgery I have ever been to. Don’t even bother registering with them because you will probably die before they even book you an appointment. I have sent at least 10 requests in the period of 3 weeks and it’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t seen one. They keep booking a telephone appointment or appointment with a nurse instead which isn’t very helpful. Not to mention that the doctors I’ve seen in this clinic are not very helpful either and are rude. Avoid at all cost.

This service is absolutely atrocious. I was in A&E for over 10 hours and the doctors failed to see me. This firm refused to take my bloods even though a courtesy call was made as I was unable to drive and had to gain assistance. On the second occasion there was an accident which is out of my control but nonetheless a call was made! The duty of care from this service is lacking and applauding. The phlebotomist was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful discussing my issue in front of the entire clinic this is extremely embarrassing not only for me but for the NHS. The level of curiosity and compassion shown here is disgraceful and I’m in disbelief that this has happened and I will be traumatised by this experience. My mother a nurse practitioner had to the take the request form and took my bloods. This took 5 minutes!!!!

The drs here are reasonable. But the booking system is a mess! I had a blood test booked for this morning at 10 to 8 , I'm sat in the surgery for 10 mins past my appointment time All the shutters are down so no one to ask even though I can clearly hear people behind them. I call through fro some help and a receptionist slowly comes out to speak to me . I ask why I've not been called for my appointment and get told with attitude that they are ill and my appointment needs to be rebooked. I'm told to wait until the shutters go up to rebook . Finally they do and I get the same receptionist I ask why they didn't put a sign up to let people know the phlebotomist wasn't in and to rebook the appointment, I get told they only knew for half an hour and that texts had gone out. I received my text to cancel after I rebooked a new appointment. Great system, NOT!!

I wouldn't trust these clowns with my children's lives! I kept going to appoinments week after week not able to breathe kept throbbing me off with an inhaler I don't even have asthma took myself to a&e after 5 weeks being dismissed as a viral infection by this surgery turnt out i had pneumonia and cos it had been left so long untreated it caused complications and i ended up with an empyema on my lung having to be hospitalised over Xmas period to drain pus from my lung it could have been fatal if I just accepted that it was a viral infection like told by doctors and nurses at the clinic one nurse in particular I will point blank refuse to see I can't even pronounce his name but a Nigerian man. However I must praise Dr Takla (not a doctor I was fortunate enough to see even when requested) and nurse ursla they are the true professionals there and deserve to work somewhere with a much credible reputation but pot luck you get either of them even when specifically asking for them!
